Arts Ball was a new initiative for the Arts Foundation in 2019. An opportunity to bring together their community of artists, art lovers and philanthropists, for an evening of food, drink, dancing, performance and auction.
We utilised the Arts Foundation brand tools, expanding on the typographic style and applying a bright neon yellow to create a more expressive, energetic aesthetic.
The brand is applied across a number of different applications including promotional material, advertising, printed invites, signage, table numbers, social, web and event collateral. On the night, large, layered acrylic frames were hung up around Shed10, allowing attendees to literally immerse themselves within the brand. Bright neon yellow down-lighting was used to further enhance the brand experience.
The event was deemed a massive success thanks to the sell-out crowd of 200 attendees who opened their pockets and collectively raised over $145,000 for New Zealand artists.
